The Billabong Furnace Revo 4/3mm is a high-end wetsuit designed for surfers who want maximum warmth, flexibility and comfort during their sessions in cold water. Its construction combines state-of-the-art technical materials with a design focused on offering freedom of movement and excellent thermal insulation.
The Furnace Revo technology features the Graphene Pro internal lining, which helps retain body heat without adding unnecessary bulk. The result is a warm and flexible suit, ideal for long surf sessions in demanding conditions.
Maximum flexibility and freedom of movement
The exterior is made with Airlite 4D, an especially flexible fabric composed mainly of recycled materials. Its elasticity allows you to paddle and perform maneuvers with total freedom, reducing the usual restrictions of thicker wetsuits.
The OCEANA neoprene, made from natural rubber, provides a well-balanced combination of insulation, stretch and durability, while also reducing the use of petroleum-based materials.
Graphene Pro lining to retain heat
The interior features Graphene Pro, a recycled stretch lining with graphene designed to improve heat retention. Graphene helps distribute and retain body heat, helping to maintain a comfortable temperature throughout the session.
The inner seams use machine-applied Super-Flex neoprene tape, which improves insulation and helps limit water entry in the most exposed areas.
Chest zip entry and GBS seams
The chest zip entry system makes it easier to put the suit on and take it off, and allows for a clean, comfortable construction in the back area.
GBS (Glued Blind Stitched) seams are glued and blind-stitched to improve waterproofing and reduce water entry through the seams.
